If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours prior to an appointment, you will receive a full refund minus a $10 service fee.
If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to the appointment and do not reschedule that appointment, you will be charged $20.
If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged $20.
Once a recommendation is issued after your exam, our services are non-refundable in any way.
